Der Preis enthält die Workshopteilnahme und die Verpflegung für diesen Tag. Das vorläufige Programm der Konferenz finden Sie hier. Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten.

The price includes workshop attendance and food. The program of the conference is subject to modifications.

Conditions of registration

  1. Payment should be done in Euro
  2. The fee for the conference and the cost of the hotel are paid for separately. The conference fee covers the cost of organization, lunches and coffee breaks. The cost of the Hotel includes Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
  3. The conference fee has to be paid when you register. The hotel cost has to be paid upon arrival when you check-in, May 2010
  4. Due to security regulations the cost of offering Credit Card payments has become extremely expensive. Regrettably we will need to charge 15 € extra for credit card transactions (we can accept master card and visa).
  5. Cancellations before Jan 31, 2010 incur a fee of 150 €. After March 5 in addition to the 150€, the hotel will charge a certain amount for late cancellation depending upon how late you cancel.
  6. We have 50 single rooms in our conference centre; registration is on a first come first serve principle.
  7. When accommodation at the conference site is full, participants will be accommodated in hotels near to the centre (radius 3-4 miles). The hotel cost might differ slightly from the conference hotel cost. We will inform you in time about the other hotels and prices. For those participants staying at other hotels we will organize transportation to and from the conference centre in the morning and in the evening.
  8. Registration for the post conference workshop on philosophy needs to be done separately from the conference registration.
  9. Excursions can be booked from April 2010 and paid for once you arrive at the conference.

Registration / Anmeldung

Steps to registration to IFC2010

  1. Please read the conditions of registration and payment (see below)
  2. Choose your room and number of days you want to book at the conference center (Forum Hohenwart)
  3. Fill in your address at the end of booking section and click the button “send”
  4. You will automatically get an e-mail with a copy of your registration data and information for payment
  5. Please pay your conference fee immediately to finish your registration. The preferred way is bank transfer by IBAN. You can also pay by Visa or Master Card with additional costs of 15€ by sending the h3. fax formula. (Total cost for credit card proessing is 30€, shared by FZK and participant.)
  6. After paying you will get a confirmation of registration and information about your accomodation from the FZK-office.
  7. After registration you can submit your proposal for workshops and presentations. See Types of Presentation / Call for papers.
